This poll is to know if tiny.cc/ecform or normal staff application
Advantages of Normal Staff Application
●People can see what's happening
●People can comment if the applicant can be a staff or not
●People Can comment if they like the staff application or not
●Makes the applicant less lazy
●Makes the Owner/Co to have easier choice

Advantages of ecform
●Easier to make <-- (a sign of lazyness. Staffs should NOT be lazy)
●form will be directly sent to ecpe official email <--- (private message, people cant see the applicant if he/she is good or bad)
●no need for register or login <--- (Staffs need to have their own account at forums)
●no stupid ads <-- (who cares about the ads!)

BTW. Staffs need to know some moderator forum commands.
